Impurely unfriendly and 15min waiting for the Detroit style deep plate that is supposedly hot and ready and I was charged 10 for a 8.99 pizza

Not in food, but in price right, hot and ready to go. If you order a speciality pizza ready in a reasonable time usually 10 minutes or so.
