"Made a stop for lunch today and felt like something new to me. I got the special with the Thai Chicken and rice and a drink. They gave me a large serving of crispy fried chicken and delicious rice with different sauces. The drink was a Twist which is basically a Tea and Coffee drink with milk. I loved it! This is a great spot for take out through DoorDash. There are only two people running it so be patient. It is worth the short wait. "Hello! I was really excited about going to Broadway 10! I traveled from out of state chose this place to catch up and celebrate life with my closest friends I haven’t seen in months. We had a party of 10. The food was wonderful and the drinks were terrific. Our server, Carl, was very rude to multiple people at our table, including myself. I could list multiple examples, but I don’t think that’s necessary. I just wanted y’all to know that he was very rude, unwilling, and he rolled his eyes one too many times! It was hurtful. But, the hosts at the restaurant did a terrific job assisting us when Carl would not. They opened every door for us. The hosts brought us anything we needed and other servers at the restaurant were also helpful. One of the servers even noticed that my friends coconut shrimp was sitting out for a while because Carl didn’t grab it from the kitchen, so he remade it for her and brought it out fresh! This was really sweet of him we did appreciate all other employees at the restaurant. I wish this experience was better. It was all of our first time at Broadway 10 I don’t believe any of us would ever return because of the way Carl treated us. I hope he has a better day today!"

"I have always loved the food truck, but based on today's experience I don't think we'll be back. I ordered the breakfast burrito gluten free. After waiting over 20 minutes, I received a hard dry burrito with a completely inedible side of overcooked hard (not crunchy, rock hard) hash browns. I did receive a refund, but the employee was incredibly apathetic about the poor quality of my meal and did not apologize."

"Went on a cold Saturday. Great place! High quality and legitimate bar with well placed and serviced retro arcade games. Games are free and there's a small cover to get in. Invisible stamp for re-entry. Named alcoholic drinks that go with the theme. Plenty of workers. Ideal for a date or with many friends. I would add snacks or food though."

"Horrible service!. Worst service I have ever experienced! Waited over 30 minutes for chips. Over 45 for flour tortillas. Order was all wrong and sent back. Came back wrong again. Food cold! Server complained that she had to make tortillas and had other customers besides us. (found out she had 4 tables and this was late afternoon Just a terrible experience. This has happened more than once. In fact, several times. We keep thinking it will get better. We will never go back now. Just not worth it and our time is too valuable to deal with such behavior. Management needs to be replaced and customer service revamped!"
