I went and the lobby door was unlocked and there were even people on a table, but the worker tells me that the lobby is closed. So I wonder if I can go through the car drive thru and he said that this is up to them so I did and so in standing behind the car in the window and I have not yet ordered, but the worker keeps his head out and tells me that the lobby is open and I can order inside when I want.
