What User likes about Jimmy John's:
It had to be a bad day for the young man taking our orders. Sandwich 1 was totally wrong, wrong selection, wrong size, nothing like what was asked for. Sandwich 2 was the wrong meats, but right size. Sandwich 3 was requested on wheat, but came on white. The staff corrected quickly, but it was strange. Otherwise, it was fast, they corrected things with a smile, and made it right. I appreciate the curbside pick up!! My favorite is the Italian and the only thing I would change is the bread, I like mine softer and not crusty on the outside.
The GM Chris is fantastic. Always on top of his game and enthusiastically helpful
