Always excellent food and the service was very friendly.

Chips were good. Those get 5 stars. The rice was bland, no flavor at all. I had a Sancho/burrito and the melted cheese topping tasted like generic processed cheese out of a can. After a few chips and 3 bites of food, I was done. They were nice enough to give me 50% off my tab.

Pretty dang good! Had the steak fajitas quesadillas. Tasty. Not the best, but good enough to keep coming back.

We had a large group. As our group came in one or two at a time, a couple of different people asked how many would be coming. When we were all present it did not take long for the server to come to take our order. The food came. It was very good. But the server checked on us only once after we got our food. Someone told me that KC has great Mexican food. I didn't believe that. How could such a thing be possible on the plains? I was wrong and The Salty Iguana is proof.
