We stayed here on Christmas Eve, we took land appetizers with delicious local cured meats and cheeses and then to pass to the first a giant dish of spaghetti to the scampi and an equally large dish of cream and salmon feathers, really delicious. We entered a Saturday at lunch at this place believing _from the name_ that it was a little like the 140 gr of Sassari where you eat a lot and at moderate prices. Considering therefore that 140 gr of pasta are too many for one person, we ordered a first and a second to divide in 2, as usually happens in restaurants with teaches 140 grams. "Food was decent. We were pressured to choose our bottle or wine and then it took them 20 minutes to take our order. Service was odd, disorganized and disappointing. Glad we did not order the tasting menu. Staff were setting up for breakfast service while we ate. We were duped by Michelin. Should have known better as it is an airport hotel."

"I haven't eaten here for about 10 years and probably wont again. While the food was good, the portions were way too small for this type of restaurant (more gourmet than farmhouse and very little selection of starters The staff need much more training before being let loose on the public. One of the waitresses was quite rude (note to staff... some foreign looking customers have actually lived here longer than you! Overall I was disapointed with the slide from excellent to mediocre"

"It is with high expectations that one goes to a restaurant ranked first in TripAdvisor. Moreover, it‘s Sardinia, so eating sea food should be something to remember. Unfortunately, both expectations have not been met. First, I only ordered main dish but nobody cared to ask when to bring it together with the antipasto of my husband or his main. Secondly, the food had no taste, the cuttlefish/seppia and the vegetables lacked any flavor or structure. After the kind offer to remake the dish, the result was broadly the same but by then my appetite has disappeared. So I could not eat the gummy seppia and hoped that the final part would do the trick. The desert should have been a fresh lightly sweetened semifreddo but instead, I had a sort of ice cream with a high dose of sugar. In the end, nobody from the staff seemed to really care about my obvious disappointment which I have communicated, other than offering another dish. Theoretically, seems like an option. But if there is no trust to order something else, is it right to pay an important amount entirely, as if I have eaten a proper meal?"

"Impromptu fabulous lunch on arrival in the old town of Olbia, when our hotel room was not ready yet. Very friendly all-female staff than another restaurant away from us because it was 14h. Excellent and varied choice of starters, primi and secondo. We picked it up with a beautiful local Rosé Prosecco. We would highly recommend."
