What Everett “White Chocolate Lightning” likes about Dunkin':
I was introduced to a caramel latte tonight, by the young lady at the window. I didn't know what that was until tonight. I've cooked my whole life. This is the best flavor combination including the caramel and five sugars I have tasted in a long time. Plus the customer service was so good here. I gave her a $1.85 tip. As someone who’s in customer service I mean this sincerely. Fire your entire staff and try again. Rude, sloppy, and inaccurate in fulfilling orders…again I am in the food and beverage industry and you have to try to be this bad. View all feedback.
