This was my second Hot Pot Hero location I visited, the other was in Gaithersburg MD. The other one seemed to have more options to add to the all you can eat menu, and the other one the service was a bit more attentive when placing an order for refills, but this was still a stellar experience and I would do it once a week if I lived in the area. Very disappointed with our recent visit to Hot Pot Hero Ellicott City. Our server, a woman in her 40s-50s with short hair, was noticeably rude and unprofessional, displaying a cheerful demeanor only towards certain diners.
