Best Cajun food in Texas! Just try it. Just to be clear, I have never eaten the prepared food. But instead I've taken the refrigerated or frozen food home and cooked it. Never have I been disappointed. If you are cooking in the oven get the smoked boudin. If you can add your own smoke get the regular. View all feedback.
What A LaChapelle doesn't like about Devillier Boudin:
I was disappointed wayyy too much rice in the boudain and not much flavor and the cracklin was too salty. I didn’t feel a Louisiana vibe walking in either which was disappointing as a creole person. The crawfish pie was good tho. View all feedback.

The fried ribs are amazing! Had the boudain balls crawfish pie and crackling too- all delicious! Very friendly service and well organized, clean shop.
