"Marmalade provided an excellent 13-course chef’s tasting menu for our large party of 9. They also accommodated for two dietary restrictions and our experience was amazing! Everyone enjoyed each course which was strategically paired with a wine. Their service complimented the food well. The ambience was upscale and traditional with ample room. Marmalade’s food was definitely worth the price, well made and tasting. I highly recommend visiting if in San Juan."

"Don't let the name put you off, the place is a treasure inside from art on the walls to artifacts and huge variety liquors and beers set up library style so high it takes a ladder to get to the top shelves. Skeletons and skulls are the theme. My companion and I just had drinks and appetizers, but they were way above ordinary. With no one else at the bar we chatted with the nice bartender the whole time we were there. Go!"

"I 've been there about four times and I 've never been disappointed. Quite the contrary. Their service is always excellent and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Last night we started off with some fantastic Cuban Egg Rolls (stuffed with rice, black beans, and 'ropa vieja ' . Those were followed by Chicken Biscuit Sliders that were absolutely amazing. Then we had very tender fillet tips in a creamy mushroom and cognac sauce that we absolutely loved. Everything was really, REALLY good. Try their brunch menu on sundays, too. Will not regret it."

"We came here for brunch on our way to the airport. The front desk held our luggage for us even though we were not hotel guest. It was quiet out and service was quick. The view is absolutely beautiful and they have a shallow dipping bowl/jacuzzi. We enjoyed both enjoyed the food. Thankfully, there was some shaded spots we could move to to eat as the top deck is completely open and it got very hot!"
