"General A sophisticated experimental cuisine for guests who love the surprise. Service The service was friendly and tried. But the calculus of the table did not stop her until she left by turning a pitch we overlooked. We helped with a tempo bag cloth. I picked up the table, my wife pushed the pace. So you can help yourself in the best Oldenburg restaurant... There were 4 waiters in Halbleerem Local (Sunday, 2 hours before TV-Dell Merkel Steinbrück). From the ignorance of the type and size of the appetizers we first ordered only the drinks (open Blanc de Noir, Rosa Secco and terrible expensive water) and two appetizers. Depending on the appetite, we had to order the main dishes. It is irritating that the menu displayed on the internet deviates from the printed in the local environment. This requires debris and replanation. We ordered liver parfait in the leaf dough coat (approx. € 10) and a gambasalate (approx. € 16). The parfait was more visually appealing in the form of two leaves and the gambasalate (photo) with fennel, crossis, avocado cream and salad leaves on a square plate. Despite the slightly burned Pepperoni and the neutral avocado cream, the salad wounded me very well (3 4 stars). After the plate was empty, I had a little appetite; but also for a main shell. There was another appetizer with a roasted scalop; this but only along with lukewarm raspberry foam. It seemed a little brave to me. So I looked at my wife's record. She ate very hesitant. Don't you like it? Yeah, but it's so powerful. You want something? I can't. I cut a leaf roll and fed this part. Plopp, I was tired too. One has to imagine that one eats about 200 g of liver sausage in a leaf doughcroissant. Saturation is similar. We also award 3 4 stars for the parfait, but because of the too large portions each draws 1/2 star. If we had accidentally ordered a main court, it would have been unpredictable. Generic cooks should be able to evaluate the quantities of appetizers and main dishes. The ambience The entrance area is somewhat used. Heavy door, shredded color at the steps. Other modern larger rooms overlooking the kitchen and the theatre. Many small two-seat tables, ideal for a romantic evening when you can see the partner in the public. This doesn't look like a saturating part and the price? I wouldn't have managed to get the liver sausage in leaf dough, but leaf dough is pretty fat.
