What an amazing hidden gem in Olean!! Super cute design not what you expect walking thru the food market to find Firefly in the back corner. So many fun sandwich ideas can't pick a favorite! The bagels were very good but the customer service was not. We were standing there for at least five minutes before anyone walked up to us. There was an older lady who just kept looking at us and not walk up to us and ask us to take our order.
