What Nate Pekala likes about Starbucks:
One guy running the shop alone. On a Saturday afternoon in Target. His name is Ari I believe. He was in the zone. It was impressive. Great attitude despite being so busy. I was overwhelmed watching him get order after order. He didn't break a sweat. Had my drink out in minutes. This kid should be upper management....anywhere...at least. Few kids around like Ari. What BRENDA doesn't like about Starbucks:
I work as a server, so I know first hand how over whelming customer service can be.I will say this location is always so busy and low staffed always! Either low staffed or the baristas are too busy goofing off. It’s especially annoying when people who ordered way later than you get their drinks immediately and youve already been 15 minutes more than people who were behind you than nicely I perhaps thought they forgot...
