I stopped by Big Al's Bakery quite a few times while on vacation in the South Okanagan- for a quick breakfast bite and for bread/cheese. Everything is made in house and at very reasonable prices! The donuts are amazing as they are made fresh daily and I really appreciated his selection of meats and cheeses. Staff was friendly and it felt like a real local hidden gem! Very unimpressed. Stopped in when travelling to eat quick lunch and use restroom. Restroom out of order, reason?. If another traveller reports it is still out of action in a few days then I would suspect COVID laziness. Had bunwich, not memorable, this was a Saturday around 1.30pm and pickings were slim.
