My partner and I visited while waiting for our train back to Cuzco. We wished we had found this place earlier as they offer a range of great Peruvian craft beers and food. The happy hour is long and generous. The manager for Los Andes was really welcoming, chatty and keen to talk Peruvian craft beer. We tried a couple of Pale Ales which were fantastic. "We happened onto this restaurant for lunch. At best, the lunch was average with an average price. The best part was the service. While walking along looking for a place to eat, we were approached by Paul, trying to entice us in. He spoke acceptable english (great because our spanish is poor). He gave us a table on the second floor at the windows and introduced us to our waiter, Felix. He spoke excellent english which was a great help. He was helpful with the menu and attentive throughout the meal. A big thanks goes out to Felix for making us feel welcome. The restaurant needs to improve its food to match the great service."
