What User doesn't like about El Manu Restaurante Pizzeria:
We just went in to get a hot tea as I was feeling a bit cold. For a simple hot water and a sachet of tea (the whole packet costs 3 soles in the super market) they asked 6 soles and then somehow the end bill was 17 soles - 2 teas and 5 soles service charge???
