I was very disappointed when we came to this restaurant and found that they did not understand what vegan food meant, and so after a lot of explanation I ended with a pizza without cheese that was dry and dirty. the only reason why I gave this restaurant two stars is because they have a better than average vegetarian selection for ollantaytambo.
