I went to Quilla for lunch while in Aguas Calientes. I enjoyed sitting outside and watching excited tourists walk by on a busy, lively street! The food was good (I got the palta rellana, alpaca steack, and chocolate pancake) and the entire meal was only 15.00 soles, which is cost effective compared to most places in Aguas Calientes. this restaurant offers traditional peruvian food. they have of course "cuy" and trout in many preparations.
