Enjoyed the evening, but was disappointed as our starters, didn't include enough toast to accompany the Salmon pate starter that our table ordered. I asked for more bread to be supplied for our table, which was supplied, but wasn't informed that we would have to pay extra for this, if this was the case I wouldn't have had this.
