Iv noticed since the pandemic a lot of restaurants have fallen short on everything, quality, portions, and service, and IHOP is one. Salsa tasted bad, pancakes not good, and the service was horrible almost walked out without paying because they didn't come back to our table with bill, also ask another waitress for a box and she walk back by twice and no box or conversation. read more.
