What User likes about Kozy's South Bay In Out:
small burger place attached to a comfortable shop. no interiors, handful of terrace tables directly outside. the counter was somewhat rough around the edges, but the service was fast. quite standardburger, fries were scattered and spiced and came with a pretty tasty homemade diving sauce. the location is a little off the beaten path, but it is worth going out of it. Pastrami sandwich was ok. Generous meat of acceptable quality, but nothing to write home about. A little salty, even for pastrami. Garlic fries were also just ok. Decent fries, generous garlic, but I'm guessing from a jar. I'd probably try a burger if I'm nearby, but wouldn't go out of my way. View all feedback.
