I was completely ignored when I arrived at the restaurant. I waited at the front for at least 10 minutes before being able to pay, while my food hadn't even been brought out yet. The server apologized three times, stating that they were busy. There should always be someone available to take payment, especially if the customer hasn't even started eating.
