Granted, it has been a while since I last ate at Pho Mania. I first noticed new wait staff but just figured the normal gentleman had the day off. Then I noticed that there were new menus. Figured the owner was stepping up their game. I ordered the same dish I always order #10 Large seafood and upon first taste knew that a new owner had taken over.
