I really like this Culver's, but I only eat there once in awhile because it can be too much of a good thing. The place is always clean the staff is super helpful food is definitely fresh. A little disappointed tonight. I understand having to wait a little bit to longer in the drive thru, I get it. But our food was cold. I understand that too. But you advertise that everything is cooked to order, tasted like it had been sitting. From the time I ordered it took 20 minutes to get to the window. Burgers were dry, fries were cold. The food was great. Love the fish, it is so good. Gotta have some frozen custard, always a great tasting treat
My fish sandwich was not as good as usual. The fish was too small.
Food is great ,but they don't listen to what you order, kids mostly work there..
We eat here alot, maybe too much. Food is very good, great price for a higher quality fast food experience. Consistency is an issue. Around a quarter of visits, an item ordered will be missing or not done as ordered. Manager is more often than not out having a smoking break. I guess if you want consistency in fast food, golden arches is your best bet.
Slowest fast food in the industry. Frequently takes 15+ minutes to get my food while workers stand up front just hanging out . Food is excellent though. Worth the wait....?
