Made reservations, got seated at a horrible table, asked to move and was told by the high school age host “we can’t were booked and someone else might not like the table too”. As we left a group of 4 didn’t like the table right behind ours and asked for one against the windows and we’re allowed to move. I called management after we left and go a “so sorry”. eating lasted 45 minutes after we got our appetizers, not normal, but also fair, they only had 2 people who did it. After we got our food, everything was tasteless, cold, no sauces on everything, 10 rolls, all tasted like California rolls. we always order the same things from the city and it was exceptional every time. the service was excellent, but I would never return to the Millard location ever.
