What Ed Fox doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Terrible. Placed an online order. Got a call that I missed that they were out of an ingredient (and not very smartly asked if we wanted to substitute real sausage for veggie sausage). Told me I had 5 minutes to call back or they'd cancel the order. I tried repeatedly (8 times) to call back (on both the number they called me on and the main number listed on the website) and got recorded messages each time. Don't give... View all feedback.
Poor service, don't expect delivery to a business when they don't except payments by phone. Will never ask for their service or food!
