Edited: On the advice of the owner comment below, I submitted an official comment on the Scooters website. The franchise owner responded to me saying only, Thank you for your feedback on masks. Nothing about policy or any plans to change. SO I 'm going to assume they are not going to change anything. Very disappointing.
