I have been going to this Scooters for almost 2 years now and I've never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, considerate, and patient. When I first started coming I never knew what I wanted and they'd list out the flavors and tell me their favorites and that felt like true customer service. They always get my order wrong. If I ask for iced they give me hot or blended. I asked for a spash of oatmilk in the iced coffee and he acted like that was the most ridiculous order he had ever heard. They also do not have an easy half caf option likestarbucks does which is annoying since I have to limit my caffeine intake.
