Well, my wife and I have ate at strouds since before we were married in 1978. And for the most part it was ok, but her chicken she ate was almost cool, not cold. That really surprised me as Strouds has never been fast ,which we expect , but always hot. Mine was decent, but not hot as expectef.i couldnt help but look around and question whether the quality has shifted. We have great memories of Strouds. read more.
