This franchise is need of new management. We joined the waitlist told us they were ready for us and then forgot to bring us to our table. Then, our waiter was short with us and overall did not have the customer service that I found was needed. He did get our food at reasonable and gave us more rolls when we asked. They were busy but he could've been better overall. read more.
