Dairy Queen - Omak

You need to learn how to appeal to people at a customer-friendly level rather than acting as if they were not welcome there. sm

The staff are friendly there, the manager is great and the service and the eating are good!

For a fast food burger before grocery shopping Dairy Queen is best for being easier on my stomach. It also saves on my grocery bill. Service is okay and yes if I'm friendly they definitely are to. Even when they are very busy and under pressure.I guess customer service goes both ways and makes both parties have a better day. Thank you Dairy Queen for being there for us. I do agree you shouldn't charge for needed sauces but also to often a free handful without a customer asking can hurt a business and most of it ends up in the trash. Maybe to satisfy both business and customer it would be best to ask the customer first. Same for a handful of napkins for one hamburger.

Fast and nice service. Fries were a little salty though.

Went today and got 2 6pc. Chicken strip baskets. We ordered extra gravy with both since 1 isn't enough. We were charged for each extra gravy but didn't receive any. Got home and meals were ruined because we didn't have enough gravy.
