What Nancy Monson doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
We have been regular customers at the Onamia DQ for several months now, but we have been disappointed that they have not been able to serve Moolattes due to the slush machine being down. Despite this issue, everything else we have ordered has been good. We hope they can fix this problem soon. View all feedback.
This place was horrible. The food was so cold and expensive. The wait was also very long and bad. The only positive was the ice cream, but even then the amount of ice cream was lacking.
Yes, they are short staffed but if you're going to provide the service and food that I got today, they might as well just shut down. The fries were barely cooked and came with no ketchup. They asked what kind of sauce I wanted with my barely warm chicken strips and then never bothered too give me any sauce. Even my Mountain Dew didn't quite taste right. Of course the ice cream was good but not worth the money.
Every single time we stop at this location there is an issue no chicken strips, can't take credit cards, can't take gift cards, long wait times in the drive through, messed up orders. Wait to get your ice cream fix at the next location!
We were thrilled when they offered our 2 dogs (family members) a free pup cup! They loved the ice cream!!
Yum as always...however they forgot to add a small amount of chocolate to my husband's snicker blizzard, it was good anyway ?
