We have been several times for dinner and the service is very good. The sandwiches and mixed plates are generous. And it is a quiet place with a playground next door for children to be entertained. "I must say right away that I did not use the hotel but only the restaurant. The tower dominates the whole town of Onati, a pity there was a rainy evening. The reception was bad. They asked us several times for the reservation we had made days before, in a situation where we were the only guests. Once seated, the poor and helpful waiter with obvious language problems took the order. The dishes arrived very quickly without the right break between one dish and another. All very good, excellent raw material, good quantities and excellent cuisine. In less than an hour we had finished dinner. I count a little over the threshold. After paying we walked out without being greeted. The deserted room. Without a doubt an excellent dinner but in a restaurant of this level perhaps I would have expected greater care.
