Wow, the people who work there are just miserable don't seem to like each other or the customers. Have to wonder why some people choose serving the public as an occupation.

Do not go here. They are thieves. They take your order and money and claim that they have no clue. Save your money and go anywhere else

Every time I visit upstate in the Summer I always take my family for pizza and buffalo wings! Everything here is good. When I lived in the area we went here few times a month so I've tried a lot of their dishes. Their sandwiches are awesome! And their ice cream is also very good! Don't ever close down. Thanks!

Pizza is ok, considering what is available for delivery in my area, fresh vegetables on pizza isn't the greatest as they don't slice them thin enough to cook, leaving the pizza's soggy because of the water content, I don't recommend ordering fresh mushrooms, onions or any of the peppers on their pizzas because of the water content, as for the meats on pizzas highly recommend, that's what makes them good, the garlic knots and calzones are very nicely cooked, but don't bother ordering the fried dough, in my opinion, its garbage, unlike other Italian restaurants that make small dough balls deep fried to golden perfection covered in plenty of powered sugar, Pondos's fried dough reminds me of eating raw pizza, its one big pizza blob deep fried lightly sprinkled with powdered sugar, greasy dough, not enough powdered sugar and mostly raw dough inside, because of the massive amount of dough, it would burn in order to cook all the way through, not a good choice, the wings are cooked to perfection and really good, the Philly cheese steak, hamburgers, and other subs are ok again as long as you do not order onions, peppers and/or mushrooms since again they don't cook the vegetables at all or long enough to sweat out all the water leaving your subs and burgers soggy, the potato french fries are greasy and soggy as they are clearly made days in advance and are re-fried once you order them, the sweet potato fries are quite good though not greasy or soggy, pasta dishes are really good, great tasting sauces too, waiter/waitress service isn't that bad since it is quite small area and both servers were pleasant, one of my favorites is having a shake or ice cream cone/dish during my meal or as a desert afterwards, soft serve ice cream has room for improvement, tastes like commercial bagged soft serve mix, delivery is free and most times delivered within 45 minutes to just under an hour, from placing order till receiving order, seating area is bright and airy, although cramped and tables are clean, overall I give it 3 stars.

Never again Flies and and fruit flies being swatted constantly Burned food tasted road tar It wasn't a pleasant experience Limp lettuce and the slice of lemon I asked for had a brown spot. They messed up the order twice. Lost our business.
