Baker's Drive-thru - Ontario

Decent fast food for mexican, had a beans and cheese burrito and a burger ,satisfied my hunger but wasn't the best, I wound up in the toilet 2 hours later... You know the story...

Wow, I didn't see that coming from Bakers' drive thru . Two weeks ago, I entered the restaurant on Archibald Ave in Ontario. ca and ordered three separate meals, all being the twin kitchen meal, and of course, they messed up the order. I made a call too the restaurant and was told they would replace one meal for the inconvenience today on 7 24 2024 when I went to claim the meal I was told they would replace the fries 0nly Customer service really went out the window. Don't think I'll ever stop at Bakers ever again. Lost me as a customer

Stopped in to grab a quick bite, they now have A kiosk to place your own order. I get it, especially in California labor costs are expensive, but when you don’t have anybody in the drive-through you have more than two people inline and you see a young family struggling to put their order in on the kiosk, why ignore them and then still have to adjust the order at the cash register. Second, their large fry used to be a 1/2lb of fries now their large is a medium at several other food places. Lastly, on google maps it said (updated by business four weeks ago) opening time was 6am, I arrive at 6:30am and was informed by the employees they do not open until 7a. Which was no big deal, but why would they list their opening time as 6a then? I love bakers I grew up eating it and there is no better burger or bean and cheese burrito in SoCal imo. I drive from the OC just to get it. But after this experience I really don’t have a desire to come back.

Ridiculous. Got there like at 6.15 am and no one answered at the drive through. Ended up waiting like 20 minutes for nothing cuz there were 2 cars ahead of me. Don't know where their employees were but they need to get their act together

Food is still great but wish they would have kept their menu with all the vegetarian options showing. They still have the vegan meat but you have to ask for it. Vegetarian options: Have to ask for vegetarian meat alternative To make vegan just ask for no cheese or sour cream
