Subway - Ontario

It's dirty in there, the soda machine was broken and splashed all over me. The good thing are the kind employees.

This is the worst subway I?ve ever been to, the bread was extremely hard and when I bit into my sandwich I noticed the bacon was raw she didn?t heat it up. I took my husband?s side to show the bacon this is my second time coming here first time was horriblebut, I figured I?d give them another try since I live close lol never again. I?m making this review in hopes that nobody getssick by coming to this location.

Good staff, clean place, all staff wore their masks and completed food orders in a timely fashion! I caught a bidoof here, would recommend.

This Subway is in Ontario. First time there. Place was very clean, to go only. Wear mask or no service. Polite, friendly employees. Took care of me.

Terrible experience. I didn 't mind the food being bad or even that they charged me the wrong amount. the refund never came back on my card that 's when the issue got worse. The manager Crystal was so rude on the phone and basically called me a liarabout my refund. Spoke to the District manager Jose and he was practically the same. I had to make 3 trips down to therestaurant to get this fixed. When I showed him my receipt, he realized their mistake and gave me my refund with a weak sorryfor the inconvenience . Don 't eat here or if you see someone with the name Crystal get out of there fast!
