I had a problem with my online order via the app. I ordered to pick up a certain time. One hour before I was finished, I got a text message ready to be picked up at the counter. All out of napkins, straws, and utensils. Plus slow service. The rest of the food is good but i asked for JUST a cheese and beef burrito, and asked if it had nothing more. But it still did. Full of stuff i didn’t ask for. View all feedback.
