Coming from someone who works in the service industry, I was more than disappointed in the way they handled themselves in the drive-thru line. Yeah...we get it. Working in fast food isn?t the best or most glamorous of positions, but there?s no reason why you should show how moody or grouchy you are while you are working with the general public. Meet the nicest and sweetest employee in the Drive-Thru window! Don't know her name, but she's an older lady full of charm. My impossible burger was perfection. All stacked in perfect layers and the taste was soooo good. I wish I could eat there every day!
Sabrina is beautiful! She was polite, clear and personal in the window. You a little joke really brightened up my day. We're lucky to have this BK crew in Ooltewah!

Very friendly. Toppings were all on one side, so I had to move things around and remake sandwich. Doesn't have to do that with other Burger King. It is worth noting that the shift managers are calling back attention.
Went there on 2/20/2022 around 7pm, there were only 2 workers there, and I will say they did an amazing job for it just being 2 of them. They were very professional, apologized for the wait, and it was probably the best food I've had there. Great job guys and sorry you are so short staffed!
