Downright rude on the phone when making a reservation. 'yes for what is it? ' and the choice will be limited, just so you know. ' Once we arrived, the owner did not want to open any parasol (this at 31 degrees) and the bouncy castle for the children was also not allowed to be turned on due to the heat.
