Butcher Paper Bbq - Opelika

That's the real deal. Love the slowly cooked bbq pork and tasty sides. I like to sit outside, but there are seating inside. I had the Bbq beans and banana pudding for my sides, both were very good.

My friend and I just drove through our trip from FL to NC and held in Butcher Paper for a late lunch. The guys were very friendly and the service was fast. We have a few different half sandwiches and sides and they were all fantastic. The pulled pig with the mustard was partly lovely. The meal was crazy affordable, the sauces were free, and they gave us a free banana pudding because they were from the peanut butter cake my friend wanted (and it was also delicious).

I had great experiences so far. It's a little expensive, but definitely some of the best BBQ I had from a restaurant. The Brisket is almost every time a top notch. You can occasionally run out of meat, but this is just the nature of animals doing authentic BBQ. The smoked Mac and cheese is heavenly!

Best brisket I have ever eaten! Great homemade sides as well. Great spot and worth the drive from anywhere.

This was one of the best BBQ places I have eaten. The food was hot and ready before we made our drinks. And that's pretty good for a party of 7. Inside seating was limited, outdoor seating was much more spacious.
