The pepper jack boudin balls are amazing ! I live in Chicago Heights, IL and just got the privilege to enjoy this tasty dish. What Kendra Young doesn't like about Billy & Ray's Boudin:
While the food is good, it sickened me to order and the young lady who's standing at the hot case is tying her head rag. Then she makes and attempt to confirm my order and prepare it. I stopped her and asked to wash her hands. She prolonged and whispered to her coworker. This behavior is what gives people reason to never visit the establishment again. Disgusted!!! Horrible!!! Too greasy very chunky!! Just doesn't taste the same. The corner store Andys boudin is better than theirs.
They need to do better with their boudin. Please get rid of the big chunks of meat. More garlic and herbs
