I have been to this restaurant a couple of times in past years. There is a new young chef. His food is really superb. There were four of us and we all ordered (for lunch) the petit menu at 35 euros per person. Full of charm and history, it is an attractive property close to Orange. The dining room is modern and the reception was very friendly. The first dish : panna cotta with smoked salmon was original and good. I less aprreciate the duo de poissons with rice and asparagus. The two fishs were well cooked but asparagus were overcooked .
