Just had lunch with my husband at this place. Absolutely fantastic service and delicious food. The owner of this location in Orangeis vested in his business and so is the staff. Bora served us our bowls, and did an amazing job by first asking if we had any food allergies and then asking us our choices. Plenty of spreads and unlimited toppings to choose from. Our group tried most of the protein options and we agreed the falafel was the best. Cilantro pesto was tasty but the chicken (and tri típ) were very over cooked. I didn’t try the mushroom shawarma but it sounded delicious. Every hummus we tried was yummy, particularly the eggplant IMO. Pita was good.
