Taco Bell - Orange City

Very frustrated that they forgot to put one of the chalupas in my bag and then I noticed it when I got home. I was charged extra money for something I never even received. And I'm not going to waste my time driving 20 minutes back to Taco Bell to get a refund.

I was craving tacos since a co-worker this morning mentioned “Taco Tuesday”. So after work, I went through the drive in this Orange City, Fl location. I want to start by saying that the lady the window was very sweet pleasant! Kudos to her! However, all 3 tacos I ordered were disgusting! I almost vomited! First, I could not even pick the tacos up from the packaging. They, all three literally fell apart in my hands into many pieces! The bottom of the tacos were so wet soggy! My only guess is that they had been sitting for some time were cold! Wet soggy taco shells grossed me out causing me to almost vomit!!! You can even see from the pictures how dark the bottom part of the shells are from the meat sitting in them creating the soggy shells! So much for my all day craving as this store ruined it for me!! I don’t think I will ever go back again. I am only giving 2 stars because the employee was very sweet friendly! Otherwise this would be a 1 star rating!

The girl who worked March 7th 24 9:00 p.m. was absolutely perfectly polite and upbeat and I hope she has a wonderful night! Everything was good though, fresh, hot and yummy!

Sandra was far from a pleasant person. I place my order and the first thing I ask for was a Mexican pizza and 2 other items. When I got to the window I did not receive it. She said I didn't order it. So ok maybe there was a little miss communication, no problem we are human. But she has an attitude and told me I did not order that and I will have to go back around to the drive thru line. I could not get the order I wanted, the kiosk was not helpful. I went to the counter and was ignored by the employees. I will not go to Taco Bell again unless they actually have humans to help you.
