Big Dawgs Sports - Orange Park

My girlfriend and I visited this restaurant for lunch and were disappointed with the lack of greeting upon entering. We had to find our own table and wait to be acknowledged. The service was slow, with long waits between ordering drinks, appetizers, and our main meal. The broccoli bites were delicious, but the side salad was overpriced. The wings were also overpriced, with no discounts offered for larger quantities. My girlfriend had no issues with her big dog wings, but my Cajun ranch wings with mild heat were not prepared properly. The seasoning powder was sprinkled on top of the wings instead of mixed in with the sauce. When I tried to use a Bronco Discount Card for 10% off the bill, I was only given a small cash refund to make up for the error. The staff was not very friendly or social. The owner responded to my review, claiming that my experience was not typical, but I was not satisfied with the service and will not be returning. I will also advise others, including Jeep clubs, to avoid this establishment due to their unsatisfactory service and pricing issues.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food quality was exceptional. The cheesesteak calzones were massive and delicious; I could only eat a quarter of it. I also tried the ranch dressing and it was fantastic.

This restaurant has a great sports theme and multiple TVs for watching different sporting events. It has seating options for small groups as well as large groups. The music is good and the menu offers a wide variety of options.

When my son was in primary school, this restaurant was always our favorite spot. We've been away for a while and I was heartbroken when I thought I had lost it. Returning now is bittersweet, as it brings back wonderful memories. The food is still amazing, and it feels therapeutic to be able to dine here once more.
