I would just like to say how great the entire staff is at this location in Orangeville! They are always smiling always polite and very friendly! There was even a day I personally was having a day so I went to get a blizzard and went through the drive thru and when I got to the window the first thing the employee said was hello beautiful! What is the point of having preorder on the app at your location when the app states a time it will be ready and to go to the pickup area? Then having the already paid costumer wait in line to check in before starting the order? Having no pickup area. You have been paid already. The point of preorder is to not have to do the in-store waiting. Is it a lazy thing this location is doing, or just a stupidity thing? View all feedback.

Spent $8 on a “cookie dough blizzard, add pb cups”, to receive a cup of plain soft serve with maybe half a pb cup mixed into the top. No cookie dough...
I was so disappointed on Saturday. Drove there specifically to try the new pretzels, but they weren't put in my bag with my order. :
