We went to Shoeless Joe's tonight and wow, what a difference!!! The food was AMAZING! The calamari was crispy on the outside and inside was cooked perfectly like cutting through butter with a hot knife!The chicken tenders were so juicy! Food was not the same as the description on the menu. Greasy soggy nan bread for dipping??The patio was terrible. Had dead dried planters hanging. The big planter in the corner was overgrown with weeds. Tables all had coasters under them to level them out.The bright side was a very hardworking young man! Who tried to please, but it was beyond his control. I would NEVER go back! View all feedback.
We had a great experience here today! We were pressed for time as we had to catch a flight in Toronto and the staff was great about it! All of our food came out quickly and the waitress had our bills ready to go as we were finished eating. It was great food and great service!
Had amazing customer service there last night. I ordered pad thai which is usually pretty mild at most restaurants unless you ask for it spicy. Well the pad thai was just a bit too much heat for me. They graciously allowed me to order a different item and removed the cost of the pad thai from our bill. Thanks so much, it was greatly appreciated! We will be back!
