We had reservations for 5:30p. When we arrived, we were told that they do not honor the on line reservation. It didn't matter at that point since it wasn't crowded yet. We sat at a table with an excellent view. Then all 7 people next to us light up cigars. It was overwhelming and we had to move to the back where we were up wind from them. The food came and it was disappointing. I had fish soup and a shrimp dish and i... View all feedback.
Beach bar feeling through and through (don't expect anything glam here). Service was great. Lots of options on drinks (though we seemed to miss the happy hour). We ordered ceviche and it was way better than I anticipated the fish wasn't raw as I expected, but still tasty and tender. The sauce was heavenly we would have drank it if it wasn't rude! They also have an iguana that roams around frequently which was fun to watch. The view is great really nice being elevated (as it is on the 2nd floor) so that you can see out over the beach and into the ocean for quite a ways.
Like a tiki treehouse in absolute paradise. We rocked on some terrific Tropical Itch (minus the back scratchers) that were super yummy. Also happened to hit them on a Sunday for the BBQ special. The fish was killer. The service was friendly and laid back to match the tropical vibes. Full disclosure, thos was our 4th visit over a span of 7 years and we have had consistently great service. Ninka is the bomb, she is a great waitress!
This place has it all! Great food, fantastic cocktails and the best ambiance!
Wonderful view, excellent location, divine food and warm and pleasant attention! to have a great time !!!
We dined here on our last evening in Aruba because we wanted local food /fish. Our entrees were complete meals (local catches of grouper and wahoo) with rice, a type of cornbread and a side salad, unlike other Arubian restaurants where everything is a la carte. We also enjoyed our happy hour frozen margaritas. The wine list was not extensive, but we each enjoyed a glass of Italian pinot grigio. The place was lively for happy hour. We stayed until sunset. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive.
