I recommend the ceviche and the Oscar Shrine, which was super sweet with a beautiful balance of savory, which somehow reminded me of French toast with maple syrup. the ceviche came with a spicy but tasteful sauce which made the acids well complicated. it had some kick that was staying, but was very fruit for a pfeffer.
