excellent sushi rolls at a great price. the creativity and skills of the cook are impressive. the combinations are really good and diverse, with something delicious for everyone. this restaurant is always the first we visit at the arrival and we usually have something there where we also go (and several times in between). What User doesn't like about Yang Ming Cuisine:
Sushi roll choices are a little strange--many feature cream cheese and one of our salmon rolls had a strange oregano-like flavor. The restaurant only had salmon and eel when we visited and we found a fish bone in our food. View all feedback.

Best Japanese food I’ve ever experienced in my entire 59 years! Wow! Most delicious foods prepared with skill and love. Our new favorite place! We had edamame, calamari, wonton soup, chicken ramen, crispy noodles with chicken, beef, and shrimp, and chicken teriyaki. So much food and reasonably priced. You don’t want to miss this place!
